With more than three and a half decades of practice, he served as Regional Public Attorney of the Regional Government of Amazonas, Advisor to the Regional Governorship of Lambayeque, and Director of the Northern Region of INPE. He holds a specialization in Public Management from the National School of Government Studies. His current focus is on complex legal representation, strategic corporate-State consulting, and criminal and administrative litigation.
